We want the app to be clear and fair. If billing is charged for your account and you want to request a refund, email support with your account email and order details.
What qualifies
- Duplicate or accidental purchases.
- Billing errors caused by duplicate confirmation events.
- Clear cases of paid access not being available for the paid period.
What is not covered
- Losses from trading outcomes, slippage, or market risk.
- Changes in strategy performance after historical tests.
- Feature expectations that were not stated as guaranteed in policy documents.
For all refund requests, include the subscription email and transaction date.
