• QuantVisualized provides tools to visually build rule-based MT5 and TradingView logic, backtest that logic, and export code.
• Backtests are simulations and do not guarantee any future trading outcome.
• QuantVisualized does not provide brokerage services, managed accounts, or guaranteed return-based recommendations.
• The platform does not provide managed account services and does not custody funds.
• We do not provide live trading signals; users are responsible for all execution decisions and broker settings before any live use.
• QuantVisualized does not provide investment advice, stock tips, or personalized trading recommendations.

Account and payments

Paid plans are subscription-based and may depend on third-party billing processing. You agree to keep your login credentials secure and respect usage limits for your plan.

Liability

The platform and exports are provided as-is. You use exported strategies at your own risk, with full responsibility for risk management, compliance, and live trading decisions.

Intellectual property

The QuantVisualized brand materials, website content, and application code are protected by copyright and all rights are reserved. Unless explicitly marked otherwise, they may not be copied, mirrored, or redistributed for commercial use without written permission. Users remain the owners of their strategy logic and exported artifacts built in their own account.
